Course materials emphasize essential vocabulary, application of principles and concepts, strategic and tactical methods of implementation, and understanding the roles of interdepartmental relationships. The participant will gain comprehension of how today's "LEAN Manufacturing techniques" are employed within the organization.

The Principles/Fundamentals program offers an exciting classroom-based, instructor-led educational opportunity for people new to materials and management operations - or people working in positions that interact with this field. Participants gain practical, essential skills that help them become more effective and productive in their jobs.

The Principles of Operations Management program contains five courses. Each course is designed to be extremely flexible and customizable.
