Fundamentals of
Planning
This
course introduces participants to the principles of effective
planning. The course presents the concepts of planning at
each level, from strategic to tactical. Participants work
together to solve problems, develop plans, build teams, and
present solutions. Through this course, they learn the essential
ingredients of effective planning and have an opportunity
to practice and enhance their own planning skills.
Objective:
This course will impart a fundamental knowledge and
understanding of basic planning principles and techniques
that are used at each level of the planning process, to providing
practical examples and exercises, that give participants an
opportunity to improve their planning, teamwork, and presentation
skills.
